If government restrictions mean that your holiday can’t go ahead, we will be happy to reimburse your stay or help you choose an alternative date - it will be your choice.

All of our properties have been deep cleaned and fully disinfected for each booking, following the Government guidelines for self catering holiday lets. Each property is treated with the government recommended anti-Covid fogging treatment.

We would like to keep contact to a minimum during your stay, but if you have any issues we are always here to support you and please contact any of the numbers provided on arrival.

Our staff will be wearing the correct PPE if requested and all staff are double vaccinated.

Please respect social distancing during your stay with other guests and our staff, thank you.

We have added hand sanitiser to our welcome hamper, and you will find disinfectant and antibacterial wipes underneath the kitchen sink if needed.

Any guests staying who exhibit any symptoms of the virus must vacate the property immediately and return to their primary residence to self isolate. We have a system in place for when this happens to reimburse a percentage of your stay depending on each individual circumstance.
