One of the four historic Whig power houses of North Norfolk, Wolterton Hall is a fantastic backdrop for filming & photographic productions.
Set in 500 acres of beautiful parkland with the impressive hall at the centre, the view from and of the hall comes to life on camera.
It is a early 18th century full Palladian stately home overlooking a 10 acre lake and its meticulous restoration since 2016 has brought Wolterton Hall back to its former grandeur and now offers all manner of filming opportunities from the breath-taking double height state rooms and sumptuous bedrooms to its master stairwell, library, and balcony with Portland stone steps on the south facade.
With five separate properties on the estate offering accommodation, including the East Wing and the main hall itself, the entire estate can also be a place for your cast or crew to stay whilst filming. In total there are up to 33 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. The team on site can help ensure any overnight guests have everything they need to allow them to completely relax outside of filming. All of which can also be used as filming spaces.
The filming team in place have decades of experience in the industry and are here to support productions in optimising their time on site and use all that the estate has to offer. With ample hard standing and totally private access, the estate allows you to operate without on-looking.
From Dramas for Sky to photoshoots for House and Garden, The Sunday Times and Next, Wolterton Hall always helps crews to deliver what they need.
