A fine independent house designed by Thomas Ripley, listed grade II*, the Garden House is thought to have been the Head Gardener’s or Steward’s house.  It has its own walled garden with views over the main walled garden from its huge south facing windows. 

 

 

The Garden HOUSE

The elegant Garden House has tall ceilings and large windows. It is adjacent to the main walled garden but has a private one of its own. It has a grand master bedroom and classical bathroom and 2 further bedrooms with ensuite shower-rooms, painted kitchen/dining room, and a comfortable sitting room with open fire

Accommodation for up to 6 guests, prices from £1053 for a three night stay.

BEDROOMS: 2 double and 1 single bedroom with Vi-Spring pocket sprung beds, Egyptian linen and goose down pillows and duvets.

BATHROOMS: 3 en-suites including the luxurious marble master bathroom and two Hans-Grohe rain-shower rooms.

KITCHEN AND EATING: Fully equipped, hand made and hand-painted kitchen with Rangemaster cooker and kitchen table for
6 people.

LIVING: Sitting room with discreet TV. Sir John Soane marble fireplace and pineapple cast iron register grate for open fires.

ENTERTAINMENT: TV with Freeview and DVD player in the Sitting Room. Board games and X Box and bluetooth speaker on request.

OUTSIDE: Large walled garden with dining area, barbecue leading into the main walled gardens.
