At Wolterton, we want our guests to feel completely relaxed as soon as they arrive on the estate. Our House Manager offers a complete concierge service and will be happy to arrange any activities, book restaurants, coordinate deliveries, arrange for our award winning Executive Chef to prepare a special celebratory meal and generally help you plan your perfect stay. Guests can enjoy many activities on site including canoeing, cycling, archery, clay pigeon shooting, horse riding, golf (off site), tennis (off site), sailing adventures, table tennis, croquet, badminton and more. We can arrange for pampering sessions and wonderful Thai massage treatments too.
The East wing
The East Wing is the Regency wing of the Hall with the same lofty rooms and huge windows overlooking the park and lake. With 7 double bedrooms and 5 luxurious bathrooms it makes the perfect venue for a family get together or celebration. The house has a spacious Drawing Room and Dining Room and well equipped Smallbone Brasserie kitchen.

The Garden House
The elegant Garden House has tall ceilings and large windows. It is adjacent to the main walled garden but has a private one of its own. It has a grand master bedroom and classical bathroom and 2 further bedrooms with ensuite shower-rooms, painted kitchen/dining room, and a comfortable sitting room with open fire.

The STEWARD’S HOUSE
The Steward’s House is a 3 three bedroom and 3 bathroom cottage on two floors. On the ground floor there is a well equipped solid oak handmade kitchen and dining area which leads on to a private courtyard garden. It has a superb master bedroom and bathroom which also leads on to the courtyard garden. There is a cosy sitting room on the first floor.

The Treasury
The Treasury is a cosy self contained cottage which makes the perfect retreat for two people. It has a comfortable sitting room with open fire, luxurious bedroom and a unique vaulted brick bathroom and a solid oak handmade kitchen which is well equipped and contains an AGA Rangemaster cooker. It has a large enclosed garden.

WILLOW COTTAGe
The cottage has three stylish double bedrooms, each with an Ensuite. One of these bedrooms is on the ground floor and has a spectacular marble wet room. You will also find a beautiful 18th century chimney, an open fire and a private, fully enclosed garden with a lovely Willow tree. Perfect for your four legged friends to enjoy a special holiday too.

The GATE House
Charming Georgian cottage with private gardens situated at the entrance to the Estate. Steeped in history, this is the most recent house to be renovated to its former glory and offers guests a delightful home with mature private garden.

THE HALL
Wolterton Hall is in the process of internal restoration which is expected to be completed by the end of 2021. However, it is currently available for events on the ground and first floors and in the park itself. The hall stands in great position facing south overlooking the park designed by Charles Bridgeman in the 18th century with its 10 acre lake and set in 500 acres of fields and woodland.
